It is easy to make an appointment. Just click the button below and fill out the form. Someone will get back to you right away.
All of our appointments are completed virtually through either the Kareo app or website.
How it Works
Email or call us to arrange an appointment and answer a few basic questions.
We recommend receiving services on a computer, laptop or tablet. Receiving services via smart phone is not recommended.
We will send you a link to fill out your new patient paperwork ahead of time, including payment information.
Instructions will be given on how to best connect to the appointment.
Your therapist will be admit you into the appointment at your designated time.
After your appointment your therapist will schedule your next appointment with you.
